Actions undertaken: media campaigns, distribution of the “Paris Bus” guide, Allô RATP telephone centre (346-14-14), targeted distribution of leaflets and on-board displays . Innovations tested: new plans (thermometer plan), prototypes of sector plans, improvement of shelters (SOPACT contract), unified signage at interchange terminals and neighbourhood maps in metro stations, as well as a mobile bus stand and information offices. On board, transverse shots are generated, the driver announcements are amplified and documentation is provided . For the suburbs, the information will be adapted locally. Conclusion: RATP is continuing studies and investments to make information clearer, aesthetic and coordinated in order to increase the attractiveness of the bus. [Original in French]
