Transdev’s ARR’IV programme aims to make journeys positive, managed and organized by delivering reliable, real-time, geolocated and multimodal passenger information. Based on a French study, passengers continuously consult information, expect real-time updates, personalization and intermodal data, and become stressed or distrustful during disruptions. ARR’IV focuses on five pillars—Autonomy, Resolution, Robustness, Impact and Value—by providing an easy-to-use multimodal app, proactive disruption management (predictive tools, synchronized channels, staff training and task forces), standardised diagnostics and KPIs, and by promoting local services and accessibility. The programme maintains core static information while accelerating digitalisation and MaaS integration, reducing paper, and improving inclusivity for vulnerable users. Transdev leverages network best practices and innovation (e.g., Moovizy, experimental stop designs, integrated apps) to standardize improvements across networks, reinforce customer trust, and position itself as a leading, data-driven passenger information provider by 2027.
